Hiya folks. For you people in the States, happy Thanksgiving. I am currently on a baking mission to complete two pear dumpling cakes. I am now currently working on a batch of matcha (green tea) cookies.
Not nearly as crazy as the six pumpkin pies all done by my friend at 1 AM today, but still, more than I ever do in a month.The cookies are pretty good, since I’ve made them a couple times before. You can try out the recipe by clicking on the pic.
I tend to opt for circular cookies covered in powdered sugar, reminiscent of actual tea cookies, but whichever way you choose, it’s nice to have on cold days. Enjoy.
